Corporate Video

Goals: A 3 – 4-minute video presenting HTG Molecular and what HTG Molecular offers the medical and science industries. The video introduces the HTG Therapeutic branch, however, the focus will remain on the HTG Molecular.

The video will showcase HTG’s mission to empower precision medicine at the local level.

Needs:

  • 1-day of filming
  • 4 – 5 speakers, script provided by HTG Molecular; all interviewees will be at the same location
  • B-roll footage in the lab, same location as the interviews, but in the VERI/O laboratory
  • Basic graphics package for chyrons (location, names and titles)
  • Music

Below are the Tier packages that we spoke about over the phone. The three tier packages gives you options to choose from, or customize. As you mentioned, you are thinking about possibly doing a 4 – 5 video series with this being the first, we can definitely talk about bundling options that will help bring those costs down. Further down, you will also see other samples of the types of content that we do, so you can get a better idea.

Once you are able to speak on the series of 4 – 5 videos, we can adjust the tier packages to address those needs and also streamline the whole process to include a production schedule.

TIERS


TIER 1:

  • Deliverable: 3 – 4 -minute produced corporate video
    • Two rounds of edits

  • Scripted interview with 4 – 5 speakers, all interviews filmed at the same location
  • B-roll footage of the VERI/O laboratory environment
  • Single-camera interviews
  • 1-day* of filming
    • 10-hour production, including set up and breakdown

Cost: $7,500

ADDED VALUE: Stock photography (up to 10 images) from filming day, with limited, non-exclusive rights for use on the website and social media (YouTube, LinkedIn, twitter).


TIER 2:

  • Deliverable: 3 – 4 -minute produced corporate video
    • Two rounds of edits
    • Cinematic-style
    • Music options
    • Chyrons for speakers and location
    • :15-second sizzle reel of VERI/O laboratory for Social Media Marketing use
  • Scripted interview with 4 – 5 speakers, all interviews filmed at the same location
  • B-roll footage of the VERI/O laboratory environment
  • Two-angle interviews, e.g. front angle and side angle to emphasize certain points, and provide editing options
  • 1-day* of filming
    • 10-hour production, including set up and breakdown

Cost: $10,000

  • 1-day* of filming
    • 10-hour production, including set up and breakdown

Cost: $13,000

Other Elements to Consider:

Motion Graphic Videos: Take still images, text, and graphical assets from HTG and uses motion and animations to create elegant and exciting topical videos. We offer these videos in 30-, 45-, 60-, and 90-second increments.

Graphical Videos: This is an upgrade from the Motion Graphic Videos, these short pieces will range between 45 – 120 seconds and will combine still photos and short b-roll clips as a bed for text and graphics that will help tell HTG Molecular’s story.

Cost Range: $1,000 – $2,500 per video, depending on type of project assets (still photos, video, hybrid) and length. However, bundling of services and project scope can also help lower individual costs.

SAMPLE 1.5: DIGITAL CAMPAIGN SERIES VIDEO — Part of the same web series “Brucie Interrupted” for Canon USA to promote the release of the Canon EOS 5D MKIV. This is another example of single-camera production (aside from the time lapse), using Voice Over for the main audio track.
